ELIZABETH ZAREH
Elizabeth Zareh has extensive litigation background. Currently, she serves as judge pro tem for San Francisco Superior Court, as a commissioner at San Francisco Assessment Appeals Board, and has her private law practice. She is also a licensed real estate Broker.
Ms. Zareh represented non-profit organizations, technology companies, banking institutions, insurance companies, other commercial clients and individuals.
She has successfully, litigated matters in state and federal courts. She has mediated complicated cases and settled extremely difficult cases successfully. In 2019, she was recognized by AOATL as top 100 trial attorneys.

Also, she has filed appeals, petitions and writs in California Court of Appeals, California Supreme Court and the 9th Circuit. She has successfully argued her cases before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Additionally, she advised companies on general corporate matters such as joint venture negotiations and agreements, software licensing and compliance issues, management and labor relations including EEOC and DFEH position statements. She is experience in corporate transactions, including partnership agreements, stock purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
Ms. Zareh lectures on various topics including real estate. Recently, she held a forum for San Francisco Association of Realtors. Over 350 people attended her seminar.

Elizabeth Zareh is a certified mediator. She received her certification from Minnesota Supreme Court. Also, she serves as judge pro-tem for the city and county of San Francisco and commissioner for San Francisco Assessment Appeals Board.
Ms. Zareh is an effective negotiator/mediator and has settled complicated cases even when judges claimed it could not be settled. Ms. Zareh has an extensive litigation background in business, employment, cemetery and family law. During the course of her career as an attorney, she handled numerous complex cases.
